• Bring payment to class (check, cash, etc.)
• Pay securely online via your credit card through PayPal (you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with your card through PayPal).  NOTE: certificates will not be provided until full payment has been received unless prior arrangements have been made.

ETM provides AHERA asbestos inspector training for consultants, environmental professionals, and facility personnel who are engaged to inspect a structure prior to demolition or renovation, or who are performing the required inspections of K-12 schools under AHERA regulations.  This 3-day course is taught by our experienced environmental professionals and includes practical instruction on regulations, identification of suspect and non-suspect building materials, bulk sampling protocol, laboratory analytical requirements, and the logistics of laboratory submittal and chain-of-custody management, as well as the technical interpretation of analytical results to ensure accurate data integration within the final survey report.

This half day refresher course assists professionals in maintaining accreditation while staying current with changing regulations, industry standards, and work practices.  As with the initial course, workshops are included to encourage discussion of real-world scenarios which inspectors may encounter in the field, along with state and federal regulatory updates that may affect inspection procedures.  Participants also review sampling methodologies, assessment strategies, documentation practices, and common field challenges encountered during asbestos inspections.  The course is designed to reinforce practical decision-making skills while providing relevant, up-to-date instruction from experienced environmental professionals.
