ETM provides litigation support and expert consulting services related to indoor air quality, such as mold growth and subsequent adverse health effects to building occupants, or water damage to building components and personal belongings.  Services may include a review of environmental reports, remediation documentation, exposure data, building records, and other technical materials involved in claims or disputes.  We assist attorneys, property owners, employers, insurers, and other consultants by providing scientifically grounded evaluations and clear interpretations of complex environmental issues. 

Expert witness services may include written opinions, deposition support, and courtroom testimony based on professional industrial hygiene principles and project-specific findings. In addition to being a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), our company president Mr. Andrew Schauder is also certified as an expert witness in both federal court and multiple state courts, including South Carolina, North Carolina, Georgia and Louisiana.
